Never Swim Alone: Always swim with a buddy or have someone supervise if you are not a strong swimmer.
Supervise Children: Children should always be supervised by an adult when near the pool, even if they are strong swimmers.
No Running: Walking, not running, is essential for safety around the pool.
Stay Away from Drains: Avoid playing on or around pool drains and covers, as these can create suction risks.
Designated Diving Areas: Only dive in areas specifically designated for diving and never dive into shallow water.
No Diving into Above-Ground Pools: Diving into above-ground pools can be very dangerous.
Swim Sane: Do not swim under the influence of alcohol or other substances.
No Glass: Do not use any glass around or in swimming pool as it might break and cause injuries to yourself or others.
Swimming Pool Filters & Heater: Please do not operate any of the swimming pool filters or the swimming pool heater as we have professionals doing it.
Parties/events are not allowed
Pets are not allowed
Keep all doors and windows closed while braaing/BBQ
When leaving the house, clsoe all windows, lock all doors, and switch On the alarm
Do not use white towels to wipe off make-up. Use dark face towels provided in bathrooms instead

Cancellation policy

If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 15% of the booking total.
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 25%
If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 50%
